PIR VCD

Kingspan PIR VCD (Volume Control Dampers) are designed for regulating airflow in duct systems and made from a rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, which is faced on both sides with embossed aluminium foil. The blades, made of aluminium aerofoil, ensure smooth airflow regulation.

The dampers are available in different sizes, with channel frame widths ranging from 100 mm to 150 mm, depending on the height and blade width. Units with a height of less than 200 mm feature a single blade, while larger dampers (200 mm or more) can include multiple blades, arranged in either opposite or parallel configurations.
