Pre-Clad PIR

Kingspan Pre-Clad PIR (also known as KDuct) is a state-of-the-art pre-insulated ductwork system designed for external applications, plant rooms, risers, and congested spaces. It is made from a fibre-free, rigid thermoset polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core, encased in a high-performance composite aluminium laminated facing.

A standard panel thickness of 30mm, with panel dimensions of 4000mm x 1200mm and a minimum density of 60 kg/m³. Designed for durability and energy efficiency, this lightweight, ductwork solution is ideal for external HVAC applications, plant rooms, risers, and confined spaces.
